Posted

BELLE GLADE — During the Holiday Small Business & Craft Fair on Saturday, Dec. 5, which took place on the chamber building grounds and inside the newly reopened Lawrence E. Will Museum, we welcomed Papa John’s Pizza as a new member. They have opened recently in the Group at 607 Plaza — across from the Chamber of Commerce building. Chief Financial Officer Kevin Lopez and his staff invites everyone to come by and order your pizza in person, online, or call them at 561-983-4543.

In other chamber news:

• The Light House Cafe and Ella’s Closet invite patrons to help make a difference this holiday season by helping to give personal hygiene bags to those in need. They are requesting full-size products to fill these kits such as bath towels; washcloths; socks; toothpaste/toothbrushes; lotions; bath soap; shampoo; deodorant; shaving cream, disposable razors; combs; tissues and peppermints. Or you may make a monetary donation by mailing a check to The Light House Cafe, P.O. Box 220, Pahokee, FL 33476. To schedule a pick-up or delivery of the requested items, call 561-993-7020; or items may be delivered to the cafe at 400 S.W. Avenue B, Belle Glade, by appointment only.

• The PBC Office of Equal Business Opportunity’s Small Business Quarterly Training Program’s last two sessions are coming up. These events will be conducted virtually on Feb. 24 at 11 a.m., titled “Certified ...
