WEST PALM BEACH — The School District of Palm Beach County requires that all students who will be using bus transportation for the 2021-2022 school year register with the Transportation Department.

The Register Your Ride portal will open on Monday, July 12. Parents and guardians must complete a brief registration to ensure their child is assigned to a bus. The child must have a student ID to use when registering.

Registration must be completed by Sunday, July 25 or there may be a delay in assigning bus transportation. Students who do not register will not be permitted to use the school bus until registration is complete.

Choice program students can receive transportation regardless of their proximity to the Choice school. Parents must provide transportation to the closest bus stop in order to be eligible.

Bus stops will only be available within the Choice Transportation Zone for each school, and additional stops will not be created. Visit the Choice Transportation Zones webpage at www.palmbeachschools.org to select the relevant school and view maps.

Facial coverings are optional on school buses for the 2021-2022 school year, and social distancing is encouraged at bus stops.

Other useful information is available on the Register Your Ride page. For additional assistance, contact the Transportation Call Center at 561-357-1110.
