KEC/Canal Point teacher retires

CANAL POINT — Every road leads to an end. Some roads leave a footprint in your heart that will last for a lifetime.

I want to start out by thanking you for all the memories that have become everlasting masterpieces. I will never be able to thank you enough for your kindness and generous hearts. Many of you started out as my coworkers and now you are a member of my extended family.

Today is bittersweet as I type my retirement letter from The School District of Palm Beach County. However, it’s only “see you later,” as I know we will stay in touch. My time at Kathryn E. Cunningham has been momentous and a time in my life that I will never forget.

I have had many opportunities that have impacted my life in ways that are unforgettable. I will miss all of you, especially the babies that were entrusted to my care for the last 28 years. As I say farewell to retire, travel and relax, please know that you each hold a special place in my heart.

retirement, KC/CES
