The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Malik Johnson, 26, Northwest Third Street, Belle Glade, was arrested May 3 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, possession of weapon or ammo by convicted Fla. felon, and carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $30,000.

• Robert Henderson, 59, Southwest Seventh Street, Belle Glade, was arrested May 3 by PBSO and charged with 2x aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond was set at $50,000.

• Eglaise Fragelus, 56, Southwest Sixth Street, Belle Glade, was arrested May 4 by PBSO and charged with crimes against person - abuse elderly or disabled adult without great harm. Bond has not been set.

• Christopher Day, 41, Prewitt Village, Belle Glade, was arrested May 6 by PBSO and charged with burglary - occupied structure unarmed. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Robert Williams, 24, Southwest Avenue D, Belle Glade, was arrested May 6 by PBSO and charged with flee/elude police - flee elude LEO with lights siren active, resist officer - obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Demetrius Gibson, 41, West Canal Street South, Belle Glade, was arrested May 7 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - cause bodily harm or disability, and resist officer - obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Michael Kulik, Jr., 38, at large, Belle Glade, was arrested May 3 by PBSO and charged with stolen property - dealing trafficking stolen property, larceny - other theft, driving while license suspended/revocation equivalent status, non-moving traffic violation - attach registration license plate not assigned. Bond was not set.

• Calvin Tucker, 33, Southwest Avenue E, Belle Glade, was arrested May 8 by PBSO and charged with burglary - occupied dwelling unarmed, and larceny - other theft. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Nathaniel Lewis, 38, South Barfield Highway, Pahokee, was arrested May 4 by PBSO and charged with flee/elude police - flee elude LEO with lights siren active, and resist officer - obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Antrone McCants, 22, South Lake Avenue, Pahokee, was arrested May 5 and charged with a felony failure to appear. Bond was not set.

• Eddie Daniels, 29, Adams Place, Pahokee, was arrested May 6 and charged with 2x burlgary - unoccupied structure unarmed. Bond was set at $3,000.
