The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife.

• Derrick Kirksey, 36, Southwest Avenue B Place, Belle Glade, was arrested July 28 by PBSO and charged with fraudulent use of credit cards - used two times in six months, petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency: failure to appear, and conditional release violation. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Dieusirlomme Charlemond, 36, South Main Street, Belle Glade, was arrested July 29 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - offender knew or should have known victim pregnant. Bond was set at $15,000.

• LaCharles McFadden, 24, Jefferson Avenue, Pahokee, was arrested July 30 by PBSO and charged with two counts of burglary of an occupied structure unarmed, and two counts of grand theft of $750 less than $5,000 dollars, burglary of occupied structure unarmed. Bond was set at $16,000.
