PBC 4-H to hold holiday photo shoot fundraiser

Posted

PALM BEACH COUNTY — The Palm Beach County 4-H Youth Development Program will be hosting a holiday photo shoot fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 13, within the Mounts Botanical Garden. The 4-H is asking for a suggested donation of $25 per photo. One-hundred percent of the proceeds will go to 4-H youth scholarships to attend 4-H camp, and state and national events. The goal is to ensure no child misses out on a 4-H opportunity due to their inability to pay.

A professional photographer has volunteered their services, and each participant will receive a digital copy of their photo to include in holiday cards, social media posts, and more. There will be multiple photo backgrounds and props to choose from to make holiday photos fun and unique. Participants are asked to park in the Palm Beach County Cooperative Extension Service, Clayton E. Hutcheson Agricultural Service Center parking lot, 559 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.

In order to maintain safety, participants need to make appointments, and masks will be required except while photos are being taken. Props will be sanitized between use, and social distancing will be strongly encouraged.

To schedule an appointment to have a photo taken, please contact Dina Ligotino at 561-233-1792 or Dligotino@pbcgov.org.
