PBSO Arrest Report

PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Arthur Cobb, 33, S.W. Ave. C Place, Belle Glade, was arrested June 29, by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended or revoked bond third violation has not been set.

• Emmanuella Datiniste, 23, Bethune St., Belle Glade, was arrested June 29 by PBSO and charged with fraud - illegal use credit cards, nine counts of fraud-illegal use of credit carde exploitation of elderly less than $10,000 grand theft and nine counts of fraud use ID without consent of victim 60 years of age or older. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Anthony Burden, 41, W. Ave. A, Belle Glade, was arrested June 29 by PBSO and charged with marijuana possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, possession of weapon or ammo by convicted felon, and marijuana possession over 20 grams. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Gregory Garvin, 37, Pruitt Road, Belle Glade, was arrested June 30 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - offender knew/should have known victim pregnant. Bond has not been set.

• Terrance Underwood, 24, W. Martin Luther King Blvd., Belle Glade, was arrested June 30 by PBSO and charged with burglary of unoccupied conveyance unarmed. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Rodney Joiner, 31, S.W. Ave. B Place, Belle Glade, was arrested July 1 by PBSO and charged with drug trafficking in controlled substance, marijuana possession, drug possession of controled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $50,000.

• Russell Mottley, 28, N.W. 12th Ave., Belle Glade, was arrested June 2 by PBSO and charged with resisting officer without violence, possession of weapon or ammo by convicted felon. Bond was set at $50,000.

• Randolph Jackson, 21, N.W. Ninth St., Belle Glade, was arrested July 4 by PBSO and charged with possession of weapon or ammo by convicted felon. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Johnny Hill, 34, Martin Luther King Blvd., Belle Glade, was arrested July 5 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery-person uses deadly weapon. Bond has not been set.

• James Hamilton, 39, Eilon Ave., South Bay, was arrested June 29 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession and marijuana possession. Bond has not been set.

• Nakevious Boldin, 21, N.W. First Ave., South Bay, was arrested July 4, by PBSO and charged with possession of weapon or ammo by convicted felon, and marijuana possession. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Nukeese Richardson, 30, E. Second St., Pahokee, was arrested June 28, by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession. Bond has not been set.

• Irineo Flores Bustos, 61, Cypress Ave., Pahokee, was arrested June 29, by PBSO and charged with reckless driving causing serious bodily injury, and DUI and serious bodily injury. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Dorothy Wesley, 39, Sabal Court, Pahokee, was arrested July 3, by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender. Bond has not been set.

• Jertavious Roberson, 24, W. Baines Terrace, Pahokee, was arrested July 4, by PBSO and charged with carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm, marijuana possession, and dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Kreig Weston, 35, N. Coconut Road, Pahokee, was arrested July 5, by PBSO and charged with driving with license suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $1,000.
