WEST PALM BEACH — South Florida Sweet Corn Fiesta, presented by the Western Palm Beach County Farm Bureau, celebrates Palm Beach County’s heritage as the “Sweet Corn Capital of the World.” Palm Beach County grows more sweet corn than any other county in the U.S. Local farmers cultivate more than 27,000 acres yearly.
The Sweet Corn Fiesta will take place on Sunday, April 25 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Yesteryear Village, South Florida Fairgrounds, 9067 Southern Blvd. in West Palm Beach. Major League Eating contest begins at 3 p.m.
After being limited to a “drive through” event in 2020 due to the pandemic, the annual South Florida Sweet Corn Fiesta will make its in-person return to celebrate its 21st anniversary.
