Three injured in shooting at Pahokee block party after Muck Bowl

PAHOKEE  -- Three people were injured in a shooting at a Pahokee block party where local residents were celebrating a Muck Bowl victory on Saturday, Nov. 6.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office report, at 10:05 p.m., deputies were attempting to break up a huge block party on South Lake Avenue and Daniel Place in Pahokee when  gunshots were heard.

When the crowd eventually dispersed, deputies located three victims suffering from gunshot wounds: two adult males and one adult female. 

All three victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment.  One is listed in critical condition, one is listed in serious condition and one received non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrived on scene to investigate further.  No suspect or motive is known at this time.

In the Muck Bow on Saturday, Pahokee High School defeated Glades Central 28-0.
