HENDRY COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Feb. 28 to March 6, 2022.

• Jodi Pipkins, 30 of LaBelle, was arrested Feb. 18 by Detective NcNeil and charged with fraud, grand theft, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, fraud/swindle – obtain property under $20k and petit theft.

• Paul Walker, 31 of LaBelle, was arrested Feb. 18 by Detective NcNeil and charged with fraud, grand theft, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, fraud/swindle – obtain property under $20k and petit theft.

• Dudley Gary, 18 of Clewiston, was arrested March 1 by Deputy Rosado and charged with burglary - unoccupied dwelling unarmed, and criminal mischief.

• John Pelham, 60 of LaBelle, was arrested March 1 by Cpl. Hull for two counts of aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, firing weapon in public, and use of a weapon under the influence of alcohol.

• Rosie Jim, 48 of Clewiston, was arrested March 1, by Cpl. Hernandez and charged with probation violation.

• Kelly Alcaraz, 56 of Port Charlotte, was arrested March 2 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with DUI.

• Juan Cruz, 32 of Fort Myers, was arrested March 2 by Deputy Foreman and charged with probation violation.

• Marvin Hernandez, 32 of LaBelle, was arrested March 2 by Deputy Foreman and charged with DUI, possession of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol, cocaine possession and possession of drug equipment.

• Curtis Robinson, 61 of Clewiston, was arrested March 2 by Deputy George and charged with failure to appear.

• Randi Rogers, 35 of Clewiston, was arrested March 2 by Deputy Zavala and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and failure to appear.

• Diana Luna, 38 of Clewiston, was arrested March 3 by Deputy George and charged with fraud.

• Luciano Sanchez-Avilez, 40 of Clewiston, was arrested March 4 by Cpl. Drew and charged with DUI and driving with expired license.

• John Bourland, 48 of Clewiston, was arrested March 5 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with grand theft, larceny and burglary of an occupied dwelling.

• Morgan Bradshaw, 24 of Clewiston, was arrested March 5 by Sgt. Nunemaker and charged with DUI.

• Jaime Olguin, 25 of LaBelle, was arrested March 6 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with cocaine possession and bribery of LEO.
