HENDRY COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from March 7 to March 13, 2022.

• Anita Rodriguez, 49 of Franklin, NC, was arrested on March 8 by Deputy Afonso and charged with failure to appear.

• Drequan Horace, 31 of Belle Glade, was arrested on March 8 by Deputy Foreman and charged with probation violation.

• Daniel Deleon, 38 of LaBelle, was arrested on March 8 by Deputy Afonso and charged with obstructing justice and aggravated assault.

• Bryan Trejo, 32 of LaBelle, was arrested on March 9 by Deputy Eldridge and charged with robbery and criminal mischief.

• A 17-year-old female, from LaBelle, was arrested on March 10 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, flee police and grand theft of motor vehicle.

• Miguel Raphael, 30 of Moore Haven, was arrested on March 10 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with probation violation.

• Antonio Antunez, 70 of Clewiston, was arrested on March 10 by Deputy Dominguez and charged with hit and run, resisting officer and leaving the scene of a crash.

• Christopher Austin, 33 of Clewiston, was arrested March 10 by Cpl. Drew and charged with obstructing justice, battery and probation violation.

• Guadalupe Garcia, 48 of Immokalee, was arrested on March 11 by Deputy Afonso and charged with flee police, driving while license suspended/revoked – subsequent offence and resisting officer w/o violence.

• Deyanira Guerra, 51 of Homestead, was arrested on March 11 by Deputy Forman and charged with DUI.

• Philip Pelham, 28 of LaBelle, was arrested on March 11 by Deputy Foreman and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana.

• Donald Wagner, 59 of Clewiston, was arrested on March 11 by Cpl. Drew and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug equipment, trespass and resisting officer without violence.

• Victor Hilario, 34 of LaBelle, was arrested on March 13 by Deputy Rodriguez and charged with probation violation.

• Cesar Escalera, 25 of Clewiston, was arrested on March 13 by Sgt. Scelfo and charged with DUI, and hit and run.
