Hendry County arrest report for Nov. 5-14

HENDRY COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Nov. 5 to Nov. 14.

• Wesley Lewis Hicks, 35 of LaBelle was arrested on Nov. 5, by Deputy Afonso and charged with delivery of methamphetamine.

• Uriel Margarito, 20 of Clewiston was arrested on Nov. 6, by Deputy Barrientos and charged with  DUI.

• Andres Juaquin Rios, 28 of Clewiston was arrested by Sergeant Scelfo on Nov. 7, and charged with DUI.

• William Earl Hall, 47 of LaBelle was arrested by Sergeant Hudson on Nov. 7,and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender.

• Carlos Daniel Perez, 23 of LaBelle was arrested on Nov. 7, by Deputy Eldridge and charged with  first degree arson of  a dwelling/building with people present.

• Sharnice Maresha Brown, 28 of Lehigh Acres was arrested on Nov. 8, by Deputy Afonso and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

• James Robert Foti, 24 of Huntington Station, NY was arrested on Nov. 8, by Deputy Champagne for a felony probation violation.

• Justin Lee Pruner, 28 of LaBelle was arrested by Deputy Champagne on Nov. 8, and charged with aggravated battery with knowledge of the person being pregnant.

• Jennifer Sue Powers, 40 of Clewiston was arrested on Nov. 9, by Deputy Zavala and charged with assault and battery.

• Michael Dean Vahle, 38 of LaBelle was arrested on Nov. 9, by Sergeant Hernandez and charged with possession of vehicle with altered numbers and grand theft of motor vehicle.

• Angela M Hernandez, 33 of Clewiston was arrested on Nov. 9, by Deputy Zavala and charged with cruelty toward a child – abuse without great bodily harm.

• Summer Annsoleil Slyteris, 24 of LaBelle was arrested on Nov. 9, and charged with aggravated battery by Corporal Drew.

• Cody Allen Hoffman, 33 of LaBelle was arrested on Nov. 10, by the HCSO Narcotics Unit and charged with sale of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a church.

• Ezequiel Garcia, 27 of Moore Haven was arrested on Nov. 10, by Deputy Green and charged with aggravated battery to cause bodily harm or disability, resisting officer with violence and an out of county warrant.

• Antonyo Maurice Burns, 28 of LaBelle was arrested on Nov. 12, by Deputy Eldridge and charged with fleeing with disregard of safety to persons or property.

• Melissa Lee Sutton, 43 of LaBelle was arrested on Nov. 12, by Deputy Earl and charged with uttering a false instrument.

• Luis Enrique Perez 20 of LaBelle was arrested on Nov. 12, and charged with burglary with assault or battery by Deputy Earl.

• Robert Wayne Capling, 43 of LaBelle was arrested for a DUI on Nov. 12, by Deputy Hull.

• Justin Troy Moore, 35 of Clewiston was arrested on Nov. 13, by Deputy Wood and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle.

• Ramon Abrigo, 31 of Immokalee was arrested on Nov. 14, by Deputy Champagne and charged with possession of cocaine.

• Joann Galindo Abrigo of Immokalee was arrested on Nov. 14, by Deputy Champagne and charged with aggravated battery.
