The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Oct. 17 to Oct. 23.

• A 13-year-old male, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 17, by Deputy Gonzalez and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid.

• Fernando Gonzalez, 34, of Immokalee, was arrested Oct. 17 by Sgt. Hull and charged with aggravated battery.

• Joseph Francis, 31, of Orlando, was arrested Oct. 18 by Deputy Afonso and charged with driving with license suspended, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and probation violation.

• A 15-year-old male, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 18 by Deputy Afonso and charged with burglary and criminal mischief.

• Juan De La Cruz, 28, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 18 by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with simple assault, lewd lascivious behavior - conduct by person less than 18 years of age, lewd lascivious behavior - promote sexual activity with victim less than 16 years of age, lewd lascivious behavior molest victim less 12 years of age by offender 18 years of age or older and lewd lascivious behavior - victim age 12 to 16 years of age and sexual assault.

• Sofia Lorin Morris, 20, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 18 by Deputy Eldridge and charged with larceny.

• Ronald Revels, 46, of North Fort Myers, was arrested Oct. 18 by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with probation violation.

• Ransom Collins, 55, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested Oct. 18 by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with probation violation.

• Zaytmara Recio, 40, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 19 by Deputy George and charged with larceny.

• Oswaldo Bedolla, 35, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 19 by Deputy George and charged with probation violation.

• Rachel Gonzalez, 32, of Houston, Texas, was arrested on Oct. 20 by Deputy Ramirez Garcia and charged with five counts of trafficking in Fentanyl, three counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, two Counts of racketeering violation, two counts of trafficking in Amphetamine 200 grams or more, failure to appear and conspiracy to commit racketeering.

• Adrian Roldan, 25, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 21 by Sgt. Olvera and charged with probation violation.

• Julio Vallejo Moreno, 32, of Houston, TX, was arrested Oct. 22 by Deputy Castro and charged with possession of cocaine and trespassing.

• Juan Rodriguez, 30, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 22 by Cpl. Lopez and charged with probation violation.

• Adrian Flores, 29,of  LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 22 by Deputy Eldridge and charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• April Dailey, 63, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 23 by Deputy Afonso and charged with possession of cocaine and probation violation.
