Hendry County Arrest report for Oct. 4-10, 2021

HENDRY COUNTY – The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Oct. 4- Oct. 10, 2021.

• Ivan Manuel Sanchez Cordes, 25, of Haines City, was arrested on Oct. 4 by Deputy C. Miller on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Larnce Balentine, 45, of Hollywood, Fla., was arrested on Oct. 4, by Deputy F. Drummond on a felony probation violation.

• John Russell Bass, 55, of Felda, was arrested on Oct. 4, by Deputy D. Givans for felony failure to appear.

• Robert Benjamin Howard, 39, at large, was arrested Oct. 5, by Deputy S. Bustamante on a felony charge of criminal mischief.

• Juan Ortega, 26, of Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 6, by Deputy D. Givans for felony failure to appear.

• Jay C. D. Alexander, 43, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 6, by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Unit and charged with sale of methamphetamine and production of narcotics.

• Nashard Lemont Simons, 40, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 6, by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Unit and charged with use of two-way communication to facilitate a felony and sale of cocaine.

• Max Alan Dye, 34, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 6 by Sgt. M. White for possession of controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Jameshia Alshayvia Jazon Harvey, 23, of Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 6, by Deputy K. Rosado on a charge of felony probation violation.

• Jorge Enrique Lopez Baltazar, 36, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 7, by Cpl. G. Hull on charges of felony DUI – third violation within 10 years, felony driving while license suspended – habitual offender, DUI and violation of probation.

• Cleoson Saul Cassseus, 34, of Tampa, was arrested on Oct. 7, by Deputy C. Earl on numerous charges of use of two-way communications to facilitate a felony, delivery of methamphetamine, sale of heroine and trafficking cocaine.

• Luis Angel Fundora, 29, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 7, by Deputy A. Pierre on charges of felony probation violation and felony failure to appear.

• Mauro Lopez Garcia, 31, of Immokalee,was arrested on Oct. 7, by Deputy A. Pierre for felony failure to appear.

• Manuel Martin-Perez, 48, of Immokalee, was arrested on Oct. 7, by Deputy A. Pierre for felony failure to appear.

Marcos Diaz Martines. 36, of Immokalee, was arrested on Oct. 7, by Deputy A. Pierre for felony failure to appear.

• Juan Godines-Lopez, 37, of Immokalee, was arrested on Oct. 7, by Deputy A. Pierre for felony failure to appear.

• Malinda Jean Sanchez, 44, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 8, by Deputy L. Dominguez on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Sara Catherine English, 37, of LaBelle, was arrested for use of two-way communication to facilitate a felony, delivery or sale of opium and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Jose Jesus Godoy, 40, of Deland, was arrested on Oct. 9 by Deputy K. Barrientos and charged with felony DUI.
