HENDRY COUNTY – The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from July 5 to July 17.

• Erik Castillo, 24, Clewiston, was arrested on July 5, by Detective J. Perez, on charges of criminal mischief, burglary of unoccupied structure and grand theft.

• Joshua Adam Pujol, 24, Clewiston,was arrested on July 5, by Detective J. Perez, on charges of criminal mischief, burglary of unoccupied structure and grand theft.

• Derry Devanta West, 25, Lawrenceville, Ga., was arrested on July 5, by Deputy C. Earl on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Luis Antonio Cantu, 42, Clewiston, was arrested on July 6, by Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of felony possession of marijuana.

• Mario Theodore Bates, 26, Lehigh Acres, was arrested on July 7, by Deputy D. Zequeira on charges of felony probation violation.

• Jarren Jamell Beasley, 24, Clewiston, was arrested on July 7, by Hendry County Vice-Narcotics Unit on charges of possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

• Jeff Arthur Raulerson, 56, LaBelle, was arrested on July 8, by Deputy A. Eldridge on charges of possession of drug equipment, felony possession of synthetic marijuana and driving while license suspended/revoked.

• A 16-year-old male, Belle Glade, was arrested on July 8, by Sgt. A. Hudson on charges of fleeing & eluding a law enforcement officer and hit and run.

• Avante Armani Bethel, 23, Plantation, was arrested on July 8, by Hendry County Vice Narcotic Unit on charges of possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

• Larry Foster Hall, Jr., 34, Clewiston - was arrested on July 11, by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of aggravated stalking.

• A 16 -year-old, male, Felda, was arrested on July 12, by Deputy W. Vargas on charges of felony probation violation and battery.

• Phillip Ray Hicks, 46, Clewiston, was arrested July 12, by Deputy L. Dominguez on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Leatrice Beth Cypress, 39, Clewiston, was arrested on July 12, by Deputy A. Eldridge on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Julio Cesar Hernandez, Jr., 27, LaBelle , was arrested on July 12, by Deputy D. Coronilla on charges of possession of cocaine, felony probation violation, failure to register motor vehicle and failure to appear.

• Jose Hector Arroyo, 50, was arrested on July 13, by Deputy D. Coronilla on charges of felony driving while licensed suspected – habitual offender and failure to appear.

• Christina Denise Nelson, 30, N. Ft. Myers, was arrested on July 14, by Deputy I. Scott on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Dominique Nicole Thompson, 30, LaBelle, was arrested on July 14, by Deputy I. Scott on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Mark Wayne Richards, Jr., 27, Clewiston, was arrested on July 14, by Detective L. Whelpley on charges of discharge of a firearm, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, possession of firearm by florida convicted felon and use of firearm during the commission of a felony.

• Yoan Manuel Sardinas Mederos, 30 N. Ft,. Myers, was arrested on July 14, by Detective C. Geraci on charges of fraud – computer crime to defraud, transport dangerous material – unlawful conveyance of fuel, property damage – more than a $1,000 and grand theft.

• Nicolas Ruiz Rubio, 38, LaBelle, was arrested on July 15, by Deputy C, Earl on charges of felony failure to appear and misd. failure to appear.

• Andres Fernandez Izquiderdo, 39, N. Ft. Myers, was arrested on July 15, by Detective C. Geraci on charges of fraud – computer crime to defraud, transport dangerous material – unlawful conveyance of fuel, property damage – more than a $1,000, grand theft and felony violation of probation.

• Harold Garcia Quincoses, 32, Tampa, was arrested on July 15, by Detective R. Colon on charges of felony probation violation.

• Clayton Michael Thomas, 20, Clewiston, was arrested on July 15, by Deputy C. Earl on charges of flee/elude and no valid dl.

• Victor Harold Bartlett, Jr., 33, Clewiston, was arrested on July 16, by Deputy E. Benitez on charges of DUI

• Ramon Correa Fernandez, 51, Clewiston,was arrested on by July 16, by Deputy F. Drummond on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Kiera Vontay Preston, 28, Clewiston, was arrested on July 16, by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.

• Thomas Charles Ferguson, 20, LaBelle, was arrested on July 17, by HCSO Vice-Narcotics Unit on charges of production of marijuana, possession controlled substance without prescription, possession of cocaine, mfg. of cocaine, possession of firearm by convicted florida felon, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug equipment.

• Angela Marie Hanson, 19, LaBelle, was arrested on July 17, by HCSO Vice Narcotics on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of drug equipment and failure to appear.

• Demetrio Galaviz Lara, 42, LaBelle, was arrested on July 17, by Deputy K. Rosado on charges of flee/elude officers and DUI.

• Antoinette T. Smith, 32, Clewiston, was arrested on July 17, by Sgt. Z. Scelfo on charges of driving while license suspended – habitual offender, obstruction without violence and felony probation violation.
