HENDRY COUNTY – The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from August 23 to August 29.

• Javier Ramirez, 39, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 23 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoid and possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Benjamin Carpenter, 33, Moore Haven, was arrested Aug. 23 by Deputy M. Aguirre on charges of driving while license suspended – habitual offender, hit and run and felony warrant for violation of probation.

• 17 year old male, Immokalee, was arrested on Aug. 23 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plant without a permit.

• Ron Luis, 21, Immokalee, was arrested Aug. 23 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plant without a permit.

• Rone Gomez, 38, Immokalee, was arrested Aug. 23 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plant without a permit.

• Edgar Luis, 18, Immokalee, was arrested Aug. 23 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plant without a permit.

• Ryan Timmons, 32, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 24 by Deputy F. Drummond on charges of DUI and possession of cocaine.

• Altavis Brown, 24, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 24 by Deputy A. Eldridge on a charge of felony failure to appear.

• Maurice Wilson, Jr., 29, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 25 by K9 Officer M. Afonso on felony probation violation.

• Terrance Laketh Saint Lot, 28, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 25 by K9 Officer M. Afonso on a charges of possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

• Erica Rudd, 31, Clewiston – was arrested on Aug. 25 by Cpl. L. Drew on a charge of driving while license suspended/ revoked – habitual offender and driving while license suspended/revoked 3rd subsequent violation.

• Damien Estep, 36, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 25 by Deputy A. Champagne on charges of driving while license suspended/ revoked – habitual offender and an out of county warrant.

• Felipe Chavez, 32, Lehigh Acres, was arrested Aug. 26 by Sgt. L. Hernandez on charges of destruction of evidence, possession of firearm by Florida convicted felon and fleeing and elude a law enforcement officer.

• Bryan Goldstein, 34, Ft. Myers, was arrested Aug. 26 by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of destruction of evidence, possession on controlled substance without a prescription, and battery

• Alejandro Guzman Deraz, 26, LaBelle, was arrested Aug 26 by Deputy D. Coronilla on a charge of felony probation violation.

• Larry D. Wave, 43, Ft. Lauderdale, was arrested Aug. 27 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

• Courvisey Glover, 21, Ft. Lauderdale, was arrested Aug. 27 by Cpl. L. Drew on a charge of Possession of Marijuana over 20 grams.

• Erik Gonzalez, 18, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 28 by Deputy A. Eldridge on charges of fleeing and eluding law enforcement, grand theft of motor vehicle, operating a motor venice without valid driver’s license and failure to appear.

• Miguel Raphael, 30, Moore Haven, was arrested Aug. 28 by Deputy A. Eldridge on a charge of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Ronnie Thicklin, 20, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 29 by K9 Officer M. Afonso on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Anthony Carey, 42, Alabama, was arrested Aug. 29 by Deputy A. Champagne on a charge of felony failure to appear.
