The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Dec. 19 to Dec. 26.

• A 17-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 18, by Sergeant Echevarria and charged with probation violation.

• Ruben Perez, 24, LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 19, and charged with possession of cocaine by Deputy Afonso.

• Alberto Tapia, 26, Moore Haven, was arrested on Dec. 20, by Corporal Lopez and charged with failure to appear.

• Luis David Lugo Cruz, 39, Lehigh Acres, was arrested on Dec. 20, by Deputy Champagne and charged with hit and run and driving with suspended revoked license.

• Gilberto Guzman, 41, Clewiston, was arrested on Dec. 21, by Corporal Drew and charged with possession of cocaine, dui and driving while license expired.

• Froebel Baldemar Morales Lopez, 25, LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 21, and charged with a DUI and driving without a license by Deputy Champagne.

• Courvisey Glover, 21, Ft Lauderdale, was arrested n Dec. 22, and charged with failure to appear by Corporal Hull.

• Anthony Lovosity Pass, 59, Clewiston, was arrested on Dec. 22, and charged with failure to appear by Corporal Drew.

• Marcus Lynell Thompson, 32, Moore Haven, was arrested on Dec. 22, by Lieutenant Rowan and charged with accessory after the fact – first degree murder and accessory after the fact – arson.

• Carlos Alberto Lopez Masaya 49, LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 22, by Deputy Even Vasquez and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender.

• Jah’iree Lamond Wilson, 20, Clewiston, was arrested on Dec. 22, by Sergeant Olvera and charged with  neglect of a child with great bodily harm, firing a weapon in public or on residential property, homicide and missile into dwelling, vehicle, building or aircraft.

• Curtis James Davis, 36, Belle Glade, was arrested on Dec. 22, by Sergeant Olvera and charged with failure to appear.

• Isabelita Rodriguez, 42, Immokalee, was arrested on Dec. 22, by Sergeant Echevarria and charged with  probation violation.

• Larry D Ware, 43, Ft Lauderdale, was arrested on Dec. 22, by Deputy Hull and charged with failure to appear and an out of county warrant.

• Dominic Deangelo Nealy, 28, Sebring, was arrested on Dec. 23, by Sergeant Olvera and charged with failure to appear and probation violation .

• Danielle Ashley Pent, 26, LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 24, by Corporal Lopez and charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug equipment possession.

• A 17-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 24, by Deputy Rosado and charged with grand theft $750 less than $5K.

• Luis Angel Garcia, 19, LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 25, by Deputy Rosado, and charged with two counts of battery on officer, firefighter, emt, etc.

• Wilmer Anibal Salvador Cruz Palma, 36, Pompano Beach, was arrested on Dec. 25, by Deputy George and charged with a DUI, driving while license canceled and child abuse.

• Bheesham Kalicharan, 60-year old homeless male, was arrested on Dec. 25, by Deputy Earl and charged with an out of state warrant.

• A 16-year-old male, Clewiston, was arrested on Dec. 25, by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with probation violation and aggravated assault.

• Amrik Singh, 32, LaBelle, was arrested on Dec. 25, by Deputy Ramirez-Reyna and charged with DUI and hit and run.

• Emette Julius Miles, 60, Clewiston, was arrested on Dec. 26, by Sergeant Reed and charged with cruelty to animals and possession of marijuana.

• Oscar Y Morales, 37, Miami, was arrested on Dec. 26, by Deputy Coronilla and charged with DUI.

• Nayadi Vargas, 20, Clewiston, was arrested on Dec. 26, by Corporal Movalli and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of paraphernalia to transport drugs and drug equipment possession and or use.
