Hendry County Arrests for July 26 to August 2

HENDRY COUNTY – The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from July 26 to August 2.

• Dolores Banda Sanchez, 27, Clewiston, was arrested on July, 27 by Sgt. R. Krasinskas, on charges of DUI.

• Jason Alan Hallmon, 33, LaBelle, was arrested on July, 27 by Deputy M. Afonso, on charges of possession of methamphetamine, felony failure to appear and an out of county warrant.

• Maranda E. Davis, 39, LaBelle, was arrested on July, 27 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony failure to appear.

• 16 year old, LaBelle,  was arrested on July, 28 by Detective C. Geraci on charges of felony burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and theft of a firearm.

• Julio Nicholas Aspillaga, III, 32, Hollywood,  was arrested on July, 29 by Deputy A Champagne on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and possession of synthetic cannabinoid.

• Kleber G. Da Silva Filho, 24, Deerfield Beach,  was arrested on July, 30 by Deputy C. Miller on felony probation violation charges.

• Doby Lee Johnson, Jr. 44, Jacksonville,   was arrested on July, 31 by Deputy C. Miller on charges of possession of cocaine, resisting officer without violence, battery and disorderly conduct.

• Edgar Leonel Jimenez Dominguez, 19, Immokalee, was arrested on July, 31 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plants without a permit.

• Mauro Rolando Lopez-Garcia, 31, Immokalee, was arrested on July, 31 by D was arrested on 07/31 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plants without a permit.

• Juan Godines Lopez, 37, Immokalee, was arrested on July, 31 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plants without a permit.

• Andres Vasquez Mendoza, 37, Immokalee, was arrested on July, 31 by DeputyS. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plants without a permit.

• Ismael Mendez Lopez, 39, Immokalee, was arrested on July, 31 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plants without a permit.

• Manuel Mendez Lopez, 26, Immokalee, was arrested on July, 31 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plants without a permit.

• Marcos Dias Martines, 36, Immokalee,- was arrested on July, 31 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of grand theft, trespassing and harvesting endangered plants without a permit.
