HENDRY COUNTY – The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Sept. 27 to Oct. 3.
• Armando Galdamez Hernandez, 33, LaBelle, was arrested on September 27, 2021 by Deputy D. Coronilla on charges of DUI.
• Francisco Garcia Rico, 40, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 27, 2021 by Deputy C. Earl on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and battery.
• Santiago Villar, 60, Clewiston, was arrested on Sept. 27, by Deputy O. Gonzalez for possession of controlled substance without a prescription.
• Ileana Ayala Napoleone, 59, Clewiston, was arrested on Sept. 27, by Deputy B. Zavala on 2 counts of felony probation violation.
• Brenton Leigh Scott, 27, Tampa, was arrested on Sept. 27, by Deputy C. Miller on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana.
• 12 year old male, Clewiston, was arrested on Sept.28, by Deputy M. Marquez on charges of felony intimidation.
• Michael Lee Fanz, 43, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 28, by Hendry County Sheriff’s Office Vice-Narcotics Unit on charges of delivery of methamphetamine.
• Ricardo Javier Gonzalez, 18, LaBelle – was arrested on Sept. 28, by Deputy A. Champagne on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance without Prescription and Possession of Marijuana under 20 grams.
• Arturo M. Delgado, 50, Clewiston, was arrested on Sept. 30, by Detective L. Whelpley on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, lewd and lascivious behavior and 3 counts of sex assault.
• Jathaniel Reggie Brooks, 22, Clewiston – was arrested on September 30, 2021 by Sgt. Z. Scelfo on charges of Possession of controlled substance without a prescription, driving while license suspended/revoked, 2 count of felony probation violation and obstruction without violence.
• Kelly Dale Rimes, 61, Felda – was arrested on Oct. 1, Det. R. Colon on charges of sex assault and battery
• Robert Paul Gause, 75, LaBelle – was arrested on Oct. 1, 2021 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of DUI.
• Michael Angel Cuevas, 41, Immokalee – was arrested on Oct. 1, 2021 by Inv. D. McNeil on charges of obscene communication (use of computer to seduce/solicit/lure a child.
• Jose Francisco Rivera, 39, Clewiston – was arrested on Oct. 2, 2021 by Sgt. J. Nunemaker for felony failure to appear.
