LABELLE — A Florida Highway Patrol press release stated that at approximately 5:04 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 16, a motorcycle operated by a 66-year-old Cape Coral man was traveling north on Country Road 78 in LaBelle (North River Road), when he lost control of the motorcycle while negotiating a curve. The motorcycle overturned and traveled off the roadway.
It was reported the 66-year-old man and his passenger, a 66-year-old Cape Coral woman, were transported to Gulf Coast Medical Center with serious injuries.
