MOORE HAVEN — Glades County Public Safety congratulates Michael Torres on being named Glades County Public Safety Employee of the Year for 2021. Michael started his career as a Firefighter/EMT in 2020, he received his paramedic license later that year. He was named the acting lieutenant for the Glades County Fire Department in mid 2021. Torres has taken on many challenges and treats each one with a positive attitude. He goes above and beyond for his department.
