No appointments needed for covid vaccinations in Glades and Henry Counties

Vaccinations in Buckhead Ridge on Saturday

MOORE HAVEN -- The Health Departments in Hendry and Glades Counties will provide free COVID-19 vaccinations for walk-ins on May 1, 2 and 3. 

On Saturday, May 1,  the Florida Department of Emergency Management will administer COVID-19 vaccinations at the Buckhead Ridge Fire Department on State Road 78 in Buckhead Ridge  from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.   For more information, call 863-946-6021.

On Sunday, May 2, vaccinations will be available at the LaBelle Health Department, 1140 Pratt Blvd., LaBelle, from  8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On Monday, May 3, vaccinations will be available at Glades County Regional Training Center, 1030 Industrial Drive, Moore Haven, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. 

Any Florida resident over the age of 18 is eligible for vaccination.  A driver's license, ID or other proof of Florida residency is required.
