All artists and photographers are invited to enter original works into the “Inspirations” art show sponsored in the spring of each year by the Barron Park House Gallery located in LaBelle. This professionally judged and juried art show begins with a reception and judging at the Gallery on Friday, March 2 from 5 to 7 pm. The public is invited. The evening will include a silent auction and cash prizes awarded to winners.
Receiving of art for this show is Tuesday, February 27 from 3 to 6 pm. Each artist or photographer may enter 2 pieces of original work that must be ready to hang with a wire hanging system. Pieces must be labeled on the back with artist’s name, title of art, medium, and price, if for sale. The cost for entering your work is $10 per piece for members of Arts of the Inland and $15 per piece for non-members. Membership applications will be available on February 27. The Gallery is located at 471 No. Lee St. in LaBelle and is open from noon to 5 every Thursday thru Sunday. Stop by to see beautiful art hanging for the month of February and the featured work of Stephanie Flis, an art teacher at LaBelle High School.
