Yo Ho Ho! A grand time was had by all, at the LaBelle Chamber’s Pirates of the Caribbean themed annual dinner. Throughout the evening, exciting cash giveaways filled party-goer’s pockets full of doubloons, as refreshments flowed freely, and giant, juicy steaks were served to all the landlubbers and buccaneers in attendance.
During the pillage and plunder of the Live Auction, Rick Overberg won the Wooden Eagle donated by Mr. Hahn, while Stephanie and Ken Sapoto out bid everyone to win the Mossberg Combo Shotgun donated by Three Z Enterprises, Inc., as well as a gorgeous Tracy Langford Painting.
Aman Khaki became the proud new owner of a Chest Freezer donated by Badcock & More Home Furniture. Lucia Hernandez secured herself a Yeti Cooler donated by Everglades Farm Equipment.
The 50/50 raffle was won by scurvy dog, Nick Fidanza, and many other scallywags made off with booty from the thrilling bucket raffle. The $5,000 Grand Prize was split four ways.
Ron Zimmerly, and everyone at the Chamber, would like to issue many thanks to all of the individuals and businesses that donated items and helped to make the event such a huge success. Shiver me timbers, what a fun-filled night it was!
