The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Oct. 15 to Oct. 31, 2021.

• Jason Matthew Kats, 33, of LaBelle was arrested on Oct. 15, by Deputy Earl on an Out of County Warrant.

• Linton Enjoli Harris, 40, of LaBelle was arrested on Oct. 16, by Sergeant Taylor on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to sell and probation violation.

• Christopher David Weedman, 33, of LaBelle was arrested on Oct. 17, by Deputy Ramirez-Reyna on charges of aggravated assault with intent to kill.

• Marco Antonio Flores, 22, of Belle Glade was arrested on Oct. 17, by Deputy Miller on aggravated battery, cruelty toward a child and probation violation.

• Dereck Paul Gervais, 32, of Deerfield Beach was arrested on Oct. 18, by Investigator Colon on charges of grand theft of a firearm.

• Marco Antonio Flores, 22, of Belle Glade was arrested on Oct. 18, by Deputy Coronilla for probation violation.

• Lenard Howard Garcia, 24, of LaBelle was arrested on Oct. 18, by Deputy Drummond on probation violation.

• Leonard Dean Forte, 80, of LaBelle was arrested on Oct. 18, by Corporal Bustamante for use of poss ID of another person without consent.

• Justin Michael Neff, 29, of Pembroke Pines was arrested on Oct. 19, by Corporal Bustamante for a probation violation.

• A 16-year-old male from Clewiston was arrested on Oct. 19, by Deputy Coronilla for possession of cocaine.

• Edward Coleman, 40, of Clewiston was arrested on Oct. 20, by Deputy Miller for possession of marijuana, moving traffic violation and probation violation.

• Jacob Niel Wohlert, 27, of Lehigh Acres was arrested on Oct. 20, by Deputy Earl for probation violation.

• Martin Gonzalez, 40, of LaBelle was arrested on Oct. 20, by Deputy Coronilla for possession of methamphetamine.

• Breland Michael Howell, 27, of Ellenwood, GA was arrested on Oct. 26, by Deputy Ramirez-Reyna for grand theft of motor vehicle.

• Matthew Andrew McIntyre, 37, of LaBelle was arrested on Oct. 26, by Deputy Earl on a probation violation.

• A 17-year-old male from Clewiston was arrested on Oct. 26, by Sergeant Reed for battery on Officer, Firefighter, EMT, etc.
Jorge Noel Marquez, 39, of Clewiston by Deputy Gulliford-Green on Oct. 27, for probation violation.

• Patrick Ethan Johnson, 57, of Clewiston was arrested by Corporal Bustamante on Oct. 27, for probation violation.

• Yordan Lazaro Rabelo Aragon, 24, of Miami was arrested by Deputy George on Oct. 28, for deadly weapon without intent to kill.

• Marcos De La Caridad Perez, 37, of Clewiston was arrested on Oct. 30, by Deputy Miller for driving while license suspended habitual offender.

• Adam Christopher Ward, 38, of Clewiston was arrested on Oct. 31, by Deputy Pierre for DUI influence of alcohol or drugs.
