Hendry County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from July 11 to July 24.

• Jose Cruz, 23, of  LaBelle, was arrested July 11 by Deputy Afonso and charged with battery, possession of cocaine and obstructing justice.

• Omar Hernandez, 39, of LaBelle, was arrested July 13 by Deputy Marquez and charged with probation violation.

• Omar Hernandez, 39, of LaBelle, was arrested July 13 by Deputy Afonso and charged with trafficking in amphetamine, drug trafficking and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell.

• Alysia Gort, 26, of Clewiston, was arrested July 13 by Cpl. Lopez and charged with failure to appear.

• Roberto Gonzalez, 55, of Miami, was arrested July 13 by Cpl. Lopez and charged with driving with license suspended habitual offender.

• Mary Bartelmo, 40, of LaBelle, was arrested July 13 by Deputy Foreman and charged with DUI and drug possession.

• Isabel Valdez, 22, of Clewiston, was arrested July 14 by Deputy Morgan and charged with possession of marijuana and driving with suspended/revoked license.

• Jamie Salinas-Heath, 36, of LaBelle, was arrested July 14 by Deputy Earl and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug equipment and trespassing.

• Angel Browning, 23, of LaBelle, was arrested July 15 by Sgt. Bone and charged with probation violation, possession of cocaine and possession of drug equipment.

• Jeremy Guerra, 37, of LaBelle, was arrested July 15 by Detective Bustamante and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle.

• Tyran Paseler, 46, of LaBelle, was arrested July 16 by Detective Bustamante and charged with driving with suspended/revoked license third violation.

• Derrick Kessler, 36, of LaBelle, was arrested July 18 by Sgt. Hernandez and charged with possession of cocaine, failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

• William Brown, 43, of Clewiston, was arrested July 19 by Deputy Rivera and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

• Pablo Hernandez, 36, of Felda, was arrested July 19 by Sgt. Olvera and charged with probation violation.

• A 17-year-old male of LaBelle was arrested July 19 by Sgt. Olvera and charged with firing a weapon in public or on residential property; firing a weapon into dwelling, vehicle or aircraft; possession of a firearm by a minor; two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.

• Anthony Demeritt, 34, of Clewiston, was arrested July 19 by Sgt. McNeil and charged with possession of a weapon by convicted felon, possession of a concealed firearm without a permit, aggravated assault, trespassing and use of a firearm during a felony.

• Michael Dickey, 41, of LaBelle, was arrested July 20 by Sgt. Olvera and charged with probation violation.

• Anthony Pass, 59, of Clewiston, was arrested July 21 by Sgt. Hernandez and charged with probation violation.

• Vanessa Diaz-Robles, 31, of Clewiston, was arrested July 21 by Deputy Barrientos and charged with driving with license suspended and/or revoked third offense.

• Steven Maldonado, 43, of LaBelle, was arrested July 21 by Sgt. Hernandez and charged with two counts of probation violation.

• Debra Killackey, 43, of LaBelle, was arrested July 21 by Deputy Castro and charged with DUI.

• A 17-year-old male from Clewiston was arrested July 22 by Deputy Barrientos and charged with burglary, possession of a firearm by a delinquent felon and contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a minor.

• Quinstavious Rivers, 18, of Clewiston, was arrested July 22 by Deputy Barrientos and charged with burglary, possession of a firearm by a delinquent felon and contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a minor.

• John Simmons, 18, of Clewiston, was arrested July 22 by Deputy Barrientos and was charged with two counts of burglary, possession of a firearm by a delinquent felon and contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a minor.

• Joseph Claro, 34, of Clewiston, was arrested July 23 by Deputy Rivera and charged with felony battery and misdemeanor battery.

• Jose Perez Ruiz, 44, of Clewiston, was arrested July 23 by Cpl. Drew and charged with DUI.

• Nicole Alcantara Martinez, 40, of Clewiston, was arrested July 23 by Cpl. Drew and was charged with possession of drug equipment, two counts of probation violation and possession of methamphetamine.

• Gerald Dixon, 39, of Clewiston, was arrested July 23 by Deputy Rivera and charged with robbery, aggravated assault and smuggling controlled substance into a detention facility.

• Ty Bottoms, 20, of LaBelle, was arrested July 23 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with DUI.

• Juan Salgado, 70,of Clewiston, was arrested July 24 by Sgt. White and charged with two counts of larceny.

• Renier Cruz-Rodriguez, 43, of LaBelle, was arrested July 24 by Sgt. Hernandez and charged with probation violation.

• Jennifer Duran Origho, 31, of Clewiston, was arrested July 24 by Deputy Escobedo and charged with failure to appear and driving with revoked or suspended license.

• Rafael Lopez, 26, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested July 24 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with fleeing and/or eluding LEO.
