The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Oct. 24 to Oct. 30.

• Michaela Raquel Cypress, 23, of Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 24, by Deputy Earl and charged with DUI – serious bodily injury.

• Sergio Magana, 44, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 24, by Deputy Coronilla and charged with simple assault and aggravated battery.

• Juan A Canizalez Argueta, 37, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 25, by Deputy Ramirez Garcia and charged with criminal mischief.

• Javontrez Marquey Miller, 25, of Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 25, by Deputy Givans and charged with failure to appear.

• Juan Carlos Perez, 53, of Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 25, by Cpl Drew and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender.

• Jaliza A Valentine, 29, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 26, by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with probation violation.

• Darryreal Ranard Allen, 25, of Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 26, by Deputy George and charged with possession of a firearm by convicted felon.

• Pedro Figueroa, 40, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 26, by Cpl Lopez and charged with failure to appear.

• Eduardo Ruiz, 24, of Naples, was arrested on Oct. 27, by Cpl. Lopez and charged with felony violation of probation.

• Tykwan Jarrell Fryson, 29, of Belle Glade, was arrested on Oct. 27, by Deputy George and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender.

• 15-year-old of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 27, by Deputy Sheriff Vasquez on charges of sending written threat.

• Shelly Ann Goist, 51, of Okeechobee, was arrested on Oct. 28, by Deputy Sheriff Gonzalez on charges of fraud.

• Mindy Lou Phillips. 42, of Okeechobee, was arrested on Oct. 28, by Deputy Sheriff Gonzalez on charges of fraud.

• Nelson Osmin Dominguez Turcios, 39, of Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 28, by Cpl. Drew on charges of DUI, operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license, and resisting officer without violence.

• D’Nahzai Letrice Fletcher, 22, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested on Oct. 28, by Deputy Ramirez Garcia on charges of DUI and false id given to LEO.

• Omar Berardo Landkoer Fausteno, 35, of LaBelle, was arrested on Oct. 29, by Cpl. Drew on charges of open container and possession of cocaine.

• Jerome Demtris Nicholls, 43, of Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 29, by Sgt. L. Dominguez on charges of DUI, battery on LEO, obstruction without violence.

• Leonardo Flores, 19, of Belle Glade, was arrested on Oct. 30, by Cpl. Drew on charges of possession of cocaine.
