LaBelle Rotary President Fred Kobie And District Youth Exchange Chairwoman Holly Kobie were selected as District 6960 Rotarians of the Year out of over 2400 Rotarians. District Governor Sandra Hemstead referred to them as “ the glue that holds the District together and the LaBelle Club together.
