Martinez graduates from West Point

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Cadet Michael Martinez, son of Mr. Gustavo Martinez and Mrs. Monica Martinez of LaBelle, graduated from the U.S. Military Academy on Saturday, May 25.

Martinez graduated from LaBelle High School in 2015. While at West Point, he concentrated his studies in Mathematical Sciences. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army within the Engineers branch and will subsequently serve the nation as an officer for a minimum of five years.
