Chanelle Parker, an LPN employed with VNA Okeechobee, was chosen as the Healthcare Hero for April 2022.
The nomination read: Chanelle recently stopped at a wreck while driving home. She helped four severely injured people and performed CPR on another (who passed away on the scene) when no one else would stop.
