Kenneth, 84, died November 9, 2022. He was born January 24, 1938 in Delvin, Ontario, Canada. A resident of Okeechobee for 51 years, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, telling “fish stories”, and socializing with everyone he met.
He was known as the “Telephone Man” working over 35 years for United Telephone company and then Sprint. Or possibly you remember seeing Ken/Kenny’s smiling face at your local Walmart in the Sporting goods section.
Mr. Snow was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Zella Wanda Snow; parents, Albert Freeman Snow and Marcella Mae Snow; brother, Reese W. Snow; sisters, Juanita Wilson and Shirley M. Albert; nephew, David Albert; and great granddaughter, Karsyn Bryner.
He is survived by his children: Trevor F. Snow (Debra), of Vero Beach, Florida, Tracy I. Bryner (Mickey), of Okeechobee, Florida, Karen W. Snow (Joe Baker), of Jensen Beach, Florida, and Kenneth “Weston” Snow, of Parsons, Tennessee; grandchildren: Britani Stanley (Joseph), Mitchell Bryner (Jessica), Dalton Snow, Weston “Clay” Snow (Heather Western), Alyssa Snow, and Marissa Snow; four great-grandchildren; and one more on the way; brother, Herb R. Snow, of Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home.
