After a report in June that staff at Wild Florida in Kenansville discovered an albino alligator “couple” there were nesting and had produced a very rare batch of 19 eggs, Gatorama received emails and messages asking whether the animals in the story were theirs since the Palmdale gator/croc park and farm has three albino alligators on display. Gatorama owner Patty Register wanted to congratulate the breeders at Wild Florida on their success but clarify that the eggs were merely the first produced at a public facility. Gatorama’s albino gators were bred at the private facility in Venus run by its curator, Greg Graziani. “Greg specializes in reptile genetics,” she said. This is Mr. Graziani holding Pearl, Diamond and Ivory, which he has on loan to Gatorama.
