NAPLES — Ave Maria has been named the 16th fastest-selling master planned community in the United States year-to-date according to national real estate consulting agency, RCLCO Real Estate Advisors. RCLCO’s mid-year report researches and ranks hundreds of master planned communities across the nation. Ave Maria reported 363 new home sales through the end of June 2022, garnering its highest spot on the list since the beginning of the community. To date, Ave Maria has sold over 3,800 homes.

This positive momentum is due to homebuyers striving for more value in their home, a sense of community and the exclusive amenities for residents. “We are very proud of this national recognition and to know that families and active adults are finding their dream home and community in Ave Maria,” comments Cee Cee Marinelli, director of development for Ave Maria.

As home sales continue to rise, Ave Maria Development continues the addition of new businesses and services to the town including retail shops, restaurants, a preschool, and healthcare services. To continue to meet the needs of the growing town, the developer is working with Collier County public schools to construct a new elementary school planned to open in 2025 and extending Anthem Parkway to reach the location of the new school. This road expansion will also connect to Pope John Paul II Boulevard which will improve access to the northeast side of town and provide a bypass around the bustling Town Center.
