Immokalee —Naomie Sylvestre is a junior here at Immokalee High School and one of the top wrestlers on our Indians’ girls wrestling team. She placed 3rd at Districts and won the Class 1A Region 3 Championship, which earned her a spot to compete at the FHSAA Girls State Wrestling Championship for the second straight year. Naomie finished the season with a strong 23-10 record. The future is certainly bright for this fierce competitor.
