Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Carmen Barber, 53, Southwest Third Street, was arrested May 5 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of synthetic cannabinoid, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Jason Gillis, 40, Northwest Ninth Avenue, was arrested May 5 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of synthetic cannabinoid, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,500.
• Gregorio Hunt, 28, Northwest First Street, was arrested May 5 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Christopher Ziegler, 32, Southwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested May 5 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest without violence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $12,500.
• Jimmy Wellman, 28, Northwest 43rd Avenue, was arrested May 9 by OCSO and charged with burglary with assault. Bond was set at $50,000.
• James Partridge, 37, Northeast Fourth Street, was arrested May 7 by OCSO and charged with failure to report name or residence change. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Eugene Rhodes Jr., 27, Southeast 25th Drive, was arrested May 7 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Ervey Ponce, 37, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested May 7 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of Oxycodone and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Robin Fairbanks, 45, Northwest Third Street, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with bribery of or by a public servant. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Enock Guillaume, 19, Orlando, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Natasha Jernigan, 33, Ocala, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held without bond.
• Andy Nunez, 32, Northwest 39th Circle, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Chrystal Nunez, 50, Northwest 189th Avenue, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
•Craig Morgan,37, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested May 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
