It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Rebecca Baxley “Becky” Brickhouse, a longtime resident of Ocala, FL, and currently of Elizabeth City, NC. She passed on Thursday, December 1, 2022 surrounded by her husband and other family.
Becky is survived by her husband, David Brickhouse; two sons, Kyle Buckner (Audra) and Brice Buckner; three stepdaughters; seven grandsons, Michael, Carson, Racey, Jacob, David (Foster), T.J. and Dewey; six granddaughters, Dana (Walker), Hailey, Benelli, Casey, Danielle and Gracie; a brother, Billy Baxley; and a sister, Pamela Harrison Wilburn.
Among Becky’s many enjoyments in life included her love of gardening, crafts, fishing, spending time with her grandkids and watching them play ball, bull riding, going to the beach, adventures with her husband David, and much, much more! She was so very proud of Michael, Carson and Racey; they truly made her world go round! She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
Memorial services will be held in Okeechobee, FL at a later date.
