WEST PALM BEACH — The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center will host a Veteran Enrollment Event on Saturday, Jan. 30, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is located at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, Enrollment, First Floor, 7305 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach.
Attendance at this event does not guarantee eligibility for enrollment in VA healthcare. VA’s enrollment criteria can be found at https://www.va.gov/health-care/how-to-apply/.
Veterans must bring the following documents to apply:
• Valid Picture ID
• Military Discharge Papers
• Your most recent tax return
• Social Security numbers for yourself and your qualified dependents
• Date of Birth for your qualified dependents
• Date of marriage for spouses
• Account numbers for any current health insurance you already have (like Medicare, private insurance, or insurance from your employer)
The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center invites U. S. Military Veterans to apply for VA Health Care. Veterans who meet the criteria to receive VA health care will receive coverage for the services to help the gain and maintain their health.
