Corrections Officer of the Quarter

On Aug. 24, 2022, Hendry County Sheriff Steven Whidden presented Corrections Officer Esther Taylor with the Correction Officer of the First Quarter Award. C/O Taylor has been employed with the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office, Jail Division since February of 2012. C/O Taylor has gone above and beyond her duties in various capacities. During the months of November and December 2021, C/O Taylor assumed the Acting Sergeant position during her shift, “C/O Taylor Supervised her shift without issues”.
