Posted

LABELLE — The LaBelle High School Baseball Team will be holding their Inaugural Baseball Camp for boys and girls from first grade through eighth grade. The camp will be held on Saturday, Feb 19, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. The cost is 20 dollars. Cost of siblings is first child $20, second $15, third - 10 child $10.

The camp will cover basic fundamentals of fielding, hitting and base running. They will also give instruction on specific positions including pitching and catching. The team is looking forward to meeting the future Cowboys and helping them with their baseball skills.

Please bring a glove, cleats and sneakers, (If they have a bat that would be good). Although anyone can show up on the day of the camp, LHS is asking participants to sign-up so they will know what to plan for. To sign up, go to LaBelle High School baseball website at www.hendry-schools.org, Select Athletics at the top and then select Baseball in the drop down selection.

LHS is looking forward to meeting the future and having a fun time learning the great game of baseball.
