The Summer VPK program is for students who are or will be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2023 (will be entering kindergarten in August), and HAVE NOT already enrolled or participated in a School Year VPK program. (Students may participate in the school year VPK or Summer VPK – not both).
The Summer VPK will be held Monday, June 5 - Friday, July 21 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (No school July 3 - July 7).
Summer VPK is located at Upthegrove Elementary School (UES), 280 N Main St. in LaBelle. This location is for all area students (not just students who will be attending UES for kindergarten). All students who are able to submit an approved Certificate of Eligibility from the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida (registration available on the website - https://elcofswfl.org/ will be able to participate in the Summer VPK program. Please register ASAP and submit your Certificate of Eligibility to Mrs. Flora Talada at Upthegrove Elementary School so we can plan for an exciting Summer VPK experience for your child.
