HCSO Arrests for Nov 28 to Dec 4

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF) during the period from Nov. 28 to Dec. 4.

• Emanuel Sanchez, 23, of Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 28 by Deputy Gulliford-Green and charged with probation violation.

• Brad Bogard, 18, of LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 28 by Det. Mateu and charged with larceny, burglary, vehicle theft and grand theft of a firearm.

• Marcelina Reyes, 40, of Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 28 by Deputy Barrientos and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, possession of drug equipment, destroying evidence, possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.

• Billy Smith, Jr., 50, of LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 29 by Deputy Afonso and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

• Ruperto Martinez, 64, of South Bay, was arrested Nov. 29 by Deputy Castro and charged with probation violation.

• Raymond Cruz Torres, 25, of North Ft. Myers, was arrested Nov. 30 by Deputy Castro and charged with DUI and driving with license suspended/revoked.

• Jason Hough, 40, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested Dec. 1 by Deputy Carranza and charged with probation violation.

• Austin Game, 29, of Arcadia, was arrested Dec. 2 by Sgt. Bone and charged with out-of-county warrant, reckless driving with damage to person or property, fleeing or eluding LEO and cruelty toward child.

• John Green, 49, of LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 2 by Deputy Escobedo and charged with failure to appear.

• Rubicelia Mendoza, 41, of LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 2 by Deputy Escobedo and charged with fraud.

• Lindsey Johnson, 35, of Arcadia, was arrested Dec. 3 by Deputy Castro and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• Randy Gonzalez, 34, of Hialeah, was arrested Dec. 3 by Sgt. McNeil and charged with larceny, kidnap and grand theft of a firearm.

• Dennis Johnson, 64, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 3 by Deputy Alteus and charged with battery and aggravated assault.

• Charles Cobb, 64, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 3 by Deputy Alteus and charged with aggravated battery and battery.

• J’rell Pope, 22, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 3 by Deputy Williams and charged with operating vehicle without valid license, unlicensed firearm, possession of marijuana and resisting LEO without violance.

• Javier Ramirez, 41, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 3 by Deputy Rodriguez and charged with possession of a controlled substance without prescription and failure to appear.

• Jose Jara, 38, of LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 3 by Sgt. Hull and charged with aggravated battery and possession of cocaine.

• J’rell Pope, 22, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 4 by Deputy Frazier and charged with probation violation.

• Dennis Johnson, 64, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 4 by Deputy Frazier and charged with probation violation.

• Matthew Avallone, 40, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 4 by Sgt. McNeil and charged with possession of a controlled substance without prescription, sale of opioids and use of a 2 way communication device to facilitate a felony.
