Hendry County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from March 1 through March 7.

• Juan Carlos Espinoza, 37, LaBelle was arrested on March 1, by Deputy G. Hull on charges of felony VOP.

• Timothy James Anderson, 17 Tampa was arrested on March 1, by Deputy G. Vasquez on charges of an outstanding warrant for homicide-premeditated and dangerous depraved without premeditation.

• James Glenn Wagner, 49, Moore Haven, was arrested March 1, by Deputy G. Vasquez on an outstanding warrant for felony violation of probation (VOP).

• Michael Charles Dickey, 40, LaBelle, was arrested on March 1, by Cpl. G. Corey on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Kevin Andrew Anderson, 28, Silver Lake, WA, was arrested on March 2, by Cpl. H. Kearns on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Louis Alonza Garcia, Jr., 40, Winter Haven, was arrested on March 1, by Sgt. L. Hernandez on an outstanding warrant for felony failure to appear.

• Christopher David Weedman, 33, LaBelle, was arrested on March 2, by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, trafficking amphetamine and possession of drug equipment.

• Henry P. Strickland, 33, Clewiston was arrested on March 2, by Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of driving while license suspended – third or subsequent offense.
• Courtney Nikuis Holloway, 28, Clewiston, was arrested on March 3, by Deputy R. Morales, on charges of aggravated battery and resisting without violence.

• Najeh Khalid Turner, 21, South Bay was arrested on March 2, by Deputy M. Afonso for an outstanding warrant for felony VOP.

• Victor Mature Robinson, 61, Clewiston was arrested on March 4, by Deputy J. Rodriguez for an outstanding warrant for felony VOP, and two counts of misdemeanor contempt of court.

• Robert Michael Gatch, 66, LaBelle, was arrested on March 4, by Detective A. Nelson on three counts of sexual assault by person 18 years or older, on a victim under the age of 12 and 14 counts of possession of obscene material – child sex.

• Uriel Genaro Velasquez, 35, Clewiston, was arrested on March 5, on charges of DUI and contempt of court.

• Angelina Ellen Koff, 51, LaBelle, was arrested on March 5, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possesson of controleld substance without prescription.

• Edward Papito Roman, 30, LaBelle, was arrested on March 5, by Deputy G. Hull on a felony outstanding warrant.

• Eric Uriel Cordoba Pena, 23, LaBelle was arrested on March 4, by Cpl. G. Corey on an outstanding felony warrant for failure to appear.

• Luis Perez,15, LaBelle was arrested on March 5, by Det. Sgt. J. Conyers for possession of firearm, aggravated battery, use/display a firearm during a felony, tampering with evidence.

• Joel Martinez, 25, Belle Glade, was arrested on March 5 by Cpl. H. Kearns on charges of Possession of cocaine and possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Juan Carlos Olvera, 15, LaBelle, was arrested on March 5 by Detective Sgt. J. Conyers on charges of tampering with physical evidence.

• Troi Demetrius Love, 36, Clewiston was arrested on March 5, Cpl. L. Drew on Felony driving while license suspended of third or subsequent offense.
