Hendry County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), May 15 through May 21.

• Ja’Van Willingham, 34, Clewiston, was arrested May 15, by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with felony battery.

• Edward Bray, 51, Delray Beach, was arrested May 17, by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with DUI, hit and run and an outstanding warrant for Pinellas County.

• Efgar Barrios, 35, LaBelle, was arrested May 17, by Cpl. C. Earl and charged with felony failure to appear.

• Kaylena Williams, 25, Clewiston, was arrested May 17, by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with three counts of felony probation violation.

• April Dailey, 64, LaBelle, was arrested May 17, by Sgt. L. Hernandez and charged with a felony of violation probation.

• Jah’iree Wilson, 21, Clewiston, was arrested May 17, by Deputy D. Givans and charged with a felony failure to appear.

• Terrence Saint-Lot, 29, Clewiston, was arrested May 17, by Cpl. L. Drew and charged with driving with suspended revoke license, felony possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession on synthetic narcotics over 10 grams, possession of synthetic narcotics with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug equipment and/or paraphernalia to transport narcotics.

• Nathan Kennedy, Jr., 38, Clewiston, was arrested May 18, by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with two counts of felony battery on law enforcement, resisting with violence, and driving while license suspended indefinitely.

• Guillermo Martinez, 31, Clewiston, was arrested May 19, by Deputy Ramirez-Garcia and charged with a felony failure to appear.

• Christian Johnson, 18, Moore Haven, was arrested May 19, by Deputy T. Williams and charged with trafficking fentanyl over 28 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 16-year-old male, Clewiston, was arrested May 19, by Deputy D. Coronilla and charged on an outstanding warrant for charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, firing a weapon in public or on residential property and aggravated battery.

• Luis Angel Rivera, 45, Clewiston was arrested May 20, by Deputy H. Carranza and charged with burglary, criminal mischief and aggravated stalking.

• Carlos Lopez-Juarez, 19, LaBelle, was arrested May 21, Deputy H. Carranza and charged with burglary and possession of counterfeit ID card.

• Irene DeLeon, 36, LaBelle, was arrested May 21, by Sgt. G. Hull and charged with DUI.

• Ta’Carius Fitzgerald, 18, Orlando, was arrested May 21, by Deputy Coronilla and charged with carrying a concealed firearm.

• Caleb Hughes, 19, Pahokee was arrested May 21, by Deputy D. Coronilla and charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

• Calvin Jones, 28, Clewiston, was arrested May 21, by Cpl. V. Lopez on an outstanding warrant on charges of aggravated battery, firing a weapon in public or on residential property and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
