The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Dec. 12 to Dec. 18.

• Wesley Hicks, 36, of LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 12 by Deputy Castro and charged with probation violation.

• Julie Valdes, 23, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 12 by Detective Mateu and charged with cruelty toward child.

• Martin Rodriguez, 53, of LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 13 by Deputy Afonso and charged with larceny and trespassing.

• A 15-year-old male, of Clewiston was arrested Dec. 13 by Det. Bustamante and charged with burglary with assault or battery, aggravated assault with deadly weapon and kidnap-false imprisonment.

• Derrick Kessler, 36, of LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 13 by Cpl. Lopez and charged with probation violation.

• Arley Cordero Garcia, 28, of Lehigh Acres, was arrested Dec. 14 by Deputy Carranza and charged with operating motor vehicle without valid license, unlicensed firearm and license plate not assigned.

• Brandon Francois, 46, at large, was arrested Dec. 14 by Cpl. Drew and charged with selling methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug equipment and use of paraphernalia to transport drugs.

• Tracy Hoopes, Jr., 32, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 15 by Deputy Rivera and charged with two counts of probation violation.

• Othell Robinson, 61, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 16 by Cpl. Drew and charged with possession of drug equipment, possession of cocaine, destruction of evidence and smuggling contraband into a correctional facility.

• A 17-year-old male, of Immokalee, was arrested Dec. 17 by Deputy Afonso and charged with battery on LEO, firefighter or EMT.

• Charles Cypress, Jr., 31, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 18 by Cpl. Lopez and charged with probation violation.

• Wilfredo Garcia-Barbon, 53, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 18 by Deputy Ramirez-Reyna and charged with aggravated assault and kidnap-false imprisonment.

• Roosevelt Sullivan, 51, of Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 18 by Deputy George and charged with battery and resisting LEO without violence.
