The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Sept. 5 to Sept. 11.

• Aaron Guerra, 48, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 6 by Deputy Aguirre and charged with probation violation.

• Nathan Lee, 27, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 6 by Deputy Afonso and charged with obstructing justice.

• Kellie L Nazien, 35, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 7 by Deputy Earl and charged with probation violation.

• Marco Flores, 23, of Belle Glade, was arrested Sept. 7 by Deputy Foreman and charged with failure to appear.

• Gabriel Trevino, 33, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 8 by Cpl. Lopez and charged with failure to appear, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, weapon offense, kidnap and possession of a weapon by convicted FL felon.

• Charles Cypress, Jr., 31, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 8, by Cpl. Lopez and charged with probation violation.

• David Stanton, Jr., 39, at Large, was arrested Sept. 9 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug equipment.

• Hendry Hart, 59, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 9, by Sgt. McNeil and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obscene material possession and use of a two way device to facilitate a felony.

• William Purdy, 24, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 9 by Det. Geraci and charged with obscene material possession.

• Erica Rudd, 32, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 9 by Sgt. Hull and charged with probation violation.

• Andre Covington-Hall, 41, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 9, by Sgt. Nunemaker and charged with probation violation, out of county warrant, possession of a weapon by convicted felon, weapon offense, firing weapon in public or residential property, aggravated assault, fleeing and/or eluding LEO, cruelty toward child and driving with license revoked/suspended.

• Louis Elmore, Jr., 51, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 10 by Deputy Barrientos and charged with possession of drug equipment, drug trafficking, possession within 1,000 feet of public park, resisting LEO and use of paraphernalia to transport drugs.

• Salvador Galvez-De-Los Santos, 29, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 10 by Sgt. Hull and charged with DUI and operating a motor vehicle without valid license.

• Andre Covington-Hall, 41, of Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 10 by Deputy Rosado and charged with probation violation.

• Natalie Simmons, 24, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 10 by Deputy Eldridge and charged with probation violation and larceny.

• Natalie Simmons, 24, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 11 by Deputy Rosado and charged with probation violation, fraud and larceny.

• Max Dye, 34, of LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 11 by Deputy Rosado and charged with probation violation.
