Hendry County Arrest report from Sept. 4 to Sept. 12

HENDRY COUNTY – The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Sept. 4 to Sept. 12.

• James Robert Pender, 35, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 4, 2021 by Detective J. Perez on charges of felony battery by strangulation and battery.

• Miguel Angel Vargas, 44, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2021 by Cpl. G. Hull on DUI charges.

• Casimiro Matias Ramos, 35, Ft. Myers, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2021 by Deputy K. Rosado on charges of petit theft, harvesting endangered plant without permit, felony trespass-posted property, provide false id to deputy and out of county warrant.

• Maria Cruz, 32, Ft. Myers, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2021 by Deputy K. Rosado on charges of felony trespassing – posted property, harvesting endangered plant without permit and petit theft.

• Casimiro Matias Ramos, 33, Ft. Myers, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2021 by Deputy K. Rosado on charges of felony trespassing – posted property, harvesting endangered plant without permit and petit theft.

• Jaliza A. Valentine, 29, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2021 by Deputy D. Coronilla on the charge of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Raymond Printis Johnson, 52, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2021 by Sgt. J. Olvera on charges of burglary with battery, obstruction of justice, battery and petit theft.

• Ella Renae Woodard, 50, Ft. Myers, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2021 by K9 Deputy M. Afonso on the charge of possession of methamphetamine.

• Jacob Samuel Woodard, 30, Alva, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2021 by K9 Deputy M. Afonso on six counts of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of methamphetamine.

• Eileen Maria Cypress, 52, Clewiston, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2021 by Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of grand theft of motor vehicle, possession of cocaine and felony probation violation.

• Jose Guadalupe Yanes, 19, Clewiston, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2021 by Deputy E. Vasquez for flee & eluding.

• Cheri Ann Durance, 36, Clewiston, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2021 by Sgt. C. Norwood on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked –habitual offender, possession of methamphetamine, trafficking in heroin, child neglect without great bodily harm, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug equipment.

• Rollin Lee Lafollete, 34, Clewiston. was arrested on Sept. 9, 2021 by Sgt. C. Norwood on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug equipment.

• Jose Espinoza, 57, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 10, 2021 by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of lewd & lascivious behavior and lewd & lascivious behavior on a juvenile over the age of 12 and under the age of 16.

• Ryan Tyler Eric Hart, 21, Georgia, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2021 by Deputy D. Coronilla on the charge of DUI.
