LABELLE -- Tracey LaSalle and her husband, Joel, moved to Florida about a year ago from West Texas, their home there was in almost desert like conditions so it took them a while to get used to the Florida humidity.

In Texas, Joel works for the oil industry and has been for over 10 years. Tracey owned two real estate agencies there which she combined into one before retiring to Florida. She still holds her Texas Sales Associate License and goes back there to close deals.

Tracey’s sister lives in LaBelle, along with her nieces and nephews, visiting her family here is how she and Joel fell in love with LaBelle and decided to retire here.

Tracey was born and raised in New Mexico, she later moved to southern California, where she began her family owned. She also worked as a paralegal in real estate law and contracts. Her two sons and daughter still live in California but really enjoy coming to visit here, and do a lot of fishing off of the family’s deck on the Caloosahatchee River.

She is dually licensed in both Florida and Texas in Florida she has her brokers’ license and in Texas she still holds her Texas Sales Associate License.
