Law students receive scholarships

The Hendry-Glades Bar Association, a professional association of the attorneys practicing law in Hendry and Glades Counties, awarded scholarships on July 28, in the amount of $1,500 each to Alton Burton and Scott Morrison. Alton is pictured on the left, he is a 2013 LaBelle High School graduate, and is entering his third year at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples. Scott, pictured on the right, is a 2015 LaBelle High School graduate, and is entering his second year at Barry University School of Law in Orlando. [Courtesy photo]
