Online platform approved by HCSB

HENDRY COUNTY — The Hendry County School Board (HCSB) voted during a special meeting on Monday evening, Dec. 14, to approve Superintendent Mike Swindle’s recommendation to use the Edmentum online platform to as an option for middle and high school students in the school district who plan to remain with Option 2 for the spring 2021 semester.

As the Edmentum website states: “Edmentum’s powerful learning solutions blend technology with individual teaching approaches. We are committed to making it easier for educators to individualize learning for every student through simple technology, actionable data, quality content and a passion for customer success.”
