Adult activities
• Friday, May 3, 10:30 a.m., Browsers - Basic (Hands-on) — Learn the basics of using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Some computer experience is necessary. (60 minutes to 2 hours) Preregister.
• Tuesdays, May 7, 14 and 21, 2 p.m., Book-A-Librarian — Personalized attention in areas of computers, mobile devices, genealogy, online resources and more. Space is limited. (60 minutes) Preregister.
• Thursdays, May 9, 16, 23 and 30, 1 p.m., English Exchange — Practice speaking English in a fun and informal atmosphere. Intermediate knowledge of the language is recommended. (2 hours)
• Thursday, May 30, 2 p.m., E-Books (Hands-on) — Learn about the Library’s e-book service. Bring your device and your account information for assistance. (30 minutes to 2 hours) Preregister.
Kids activities
• Thursdays, 3:15 p.m., Crochet for Kids — Step-by-step instructions and easy hands-on projects for beginners. Ages 9 and up. Space is limited. (45 minutes) Preregister.
• Saturday, May 4, all day, Free Comic Book Day — Watch anime, make comic-themed crafts and get a free comic book while supplies last. All ages. First come, first served.
• Mondays, May 6, 13 and 20, 10:30 a.m., Baby Play Date — Features toys, baby board books, puppets, rhymes and songs. Ages 3 to 12 months. (30 minutes)
• Tuesday, May 7, 6:30 p.m., Mommy & Me Tea Party — In celebration of Mother’s Day! Refreshments provided. Ages 3 and up. Space is limited. (50 min.) Preregister.
